Clarice Cliff YO-HOO shape 367 stepped bowl.
Very Art Deco shape, circa 1929.
This is a striking and rare piece from a very sought-after range. Strongly decorated with coral red and black bands.
The bowl is in good condition, but does have some professional restoration to a couple of small areas and some paint refreshing. There is some age-related crazing to the base.
This would make a stunning addition to an existing Yoo-Hoo collection, or as a stand-alone piece, as it just shouts Art Deco!
Stamped with the huge, early, Bizarre by Clarice Cliff mark to the base. It also has an impressed shape number of 367.
The bowl is 23cm square and 12cm high.
