This is a huge Clarice Cliff LILY (Orange) pattern octagonal vase.
The vase is an early shape. Art Deco original, circa 1929.
This is a massive statement piece, expertly decorated with the the early Fantasque Lily pattern, which wraps right around the central panel of the vase. It would make a stunning centre piece for your collection or the addition of an impressive shape rarity, if you collect various CC shapes.
In good condition with no chips, cracks or stains. There was an old internal hairline which has been professionally restored by an expert and is now virtually invisible, but only fair to mention. Some crazing.
Stamped Fantasque by Clarice Cliff in huge script lettering to the base.
The vase is an impressive 27.5cm (11 inches) high and is 11cm wide across the top.
