Large MALING Luxor pattern plate, 11.5 Inches (28cm), circa 1930s.
Hand decorated with this very stylish Art Deco pattern. In very good condition (may have a small area of paint refreshing to the black?) with no chips or cracks.
Back-stamped Maling, Newcastle upon Tyne and has a pattern name “Tango” underneath. Also has pattern number 5478 painted onto the rear of the plate. Minor crazing.
This is a rare item and would make a stunning addition to any Maling collection.
