This is a lovely Maling Pageant of Newcastle & The North round ashtray. Art Deco original.
It was issued by Maling in 1931 to commemorate the festival and is quite a rare item. Not many of these around and definitely a ‘must-have’ for any serious Maling collector.
In good condition with no damage or restoration. Some minor crazing.
Stamped Maling, Newcastle on Tyne to the base.
The colours are still bright and vibrant. The ashtray is 12cm diameter.
