Clarice Cliff MELON (orange) pattern drum jampot & lid.
Art Deco original, circa 1930.
This is a lovely jampot, very well decorated and bright. The pattern wraps right around the pot.
In generally good condition and it displays very well. No chips or cracks, but it does have some professional restoration to the lid area, which has been done very well and doesn’t detract from the appeal of this piece, but only fair to mention.
Stamped FANTASQUE by Clarice Cliff to the base in a script-style back stamp. There is also an orange L decorators mark.
The height of the jampot is 10cm.
