Clarice Cliff – SECRETS pattern – A Bon Jour shape preserve pot.
Art Deco original, circa 1933.
Hand painted with a stylised tree and cottage, coastal landscape with tonal green and brown banding,
In good condition with no damage, restoration or paint loss. There is a very minor frit chip to one edge of the lid (see pictures), which doesn’t detract from the appeal of this piece, but only fair to mention.
FANTASQUE, Bizarre by Clarice Cliff mark to the base.
