Clarice Cliff AUTUMN (blue) pattern medium conical jug.
Art Deco original, circa 1931.
Nicely decorated with the whole pattern wrapping right around the piece. Amazing pendulous trees with thick black trunks. This is one of Clarice’s most desirable patterns and this jug is a real statement piece.
In good condition with no chips, cracks or stains. There has been a small star crack professionally restored to the underside of the base, which are virtually invisible but only fair to mention.
The jug is 15cm high.
Stamped Fantasque, Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base.
