Clarice Cliff NASTURTIUM pattern daffodil trio (cup, saucer & plate). Circa 1936.
Brightly hand painted flowers on the cup, saucer and plate; brown stippling to represent the earth.
In good condition with no chips, cracks or stains. A very small area of professional restoration to the cup rim and also to the reverse edge of the plate, which have been expertly applied and are virtually invisible, but only fair to mention.
The cup is approximately 6.5cm high and the saucer is 14.5cm diameter. The plate is 15cm (6 inches) diameter.
Both the saucer and the plate have an impressed date mark for 1936.
All pieces are stamped with the script Clarice Cliff mark to their bases.
